The fragrance of the fidalga pepper and the Uba mango provide a truly delicious tropical and spicy mix. The Fidalga Pepper, also known as "cabacinha," has a yellow/orange color when ripe. It has a pleasant aroma, and like all varieties of the Capsicum chinense species, it has a strong pungency, about 50.000 Scoville units. It is grown in the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo.
