Na'Kau 63% chocolate bar
Na'Kau bean-to-bar chocolate bars are made with wild cacao from the state of Amazonas, Brazil, harvested by families along the Rio Madeira and Rio Amazonas. This bar is ideal for the slightly more adventurous beginners of the world of bitter chocolates. It is light chocolate and full of identity because it contains beans produced in super nutritious anthropogenic soils. It has a light and balanced acidic notes of citrus and wild fruits. Arilson Grana (Doca) harvest the cacao for the 63% bar.
