Manioca Brasil Cumari Hot Sauce with Yellow Tucupi
Hot sauce made from cumari chile peppers and chicória (not chicory as know in the US). Cumari pepper is a popular ingredient in the Brazilian Amazon region, one of the most commonly found in hot sauces in the region. Authentic Amazonian tucupi is the fermented broth extracted from the root of wild yellow cassava, seasoned with culturally Amazonian herbs, such as chicory from Pará, Amazonian basil, and Amazonian garlic vine, garlic and salt.
